On April the 23rd 2011, our baby boy Nicholas grew his wings at 19 weeks gestation. He was diagnosed with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) at 16 weeks. He was a perfectly formed beautiful tiny baby when he was born and this is how we remember him..

I have some favourite memories of Nan. Whenever I see a fruit cake the word “Compulsory” jumps in to my head. Nan putting up the dart board in her kitchen. Then putting up a board behind the dart-board then putting up a board behind the board behind the dartboard.
