Joan Kay is much loved and will always be remembered by all her friends and family.

Jake McVay was born in Springfield, Virginia on March 12, 1993. He went to Northern Virginia Community College planning to transfer the next year to Florida State University. On May 1, 2012 he was found lying on his bed with no pulse.

Máire McGovern is much loved and will always be remembered by all her friends and family.

Emma was 43 when she died of SUDEP (Sudden unexpected death in epilepsy) on 3rd April 2011). Her epilepsy was diagnosed when she was 15 and the years spent finding the appropriate balance and dosage of medication damaged both her education and career opportunities.

She made us laugh and sometimes cry But had to leave us – we don’t know why!

Adam was a big part of so many peoples lives and all his friends and family would like to dedicate this page to raising money for Epilepsy Action as this affected Adam and his families lives.

Pat was much loved and will always be remembered by all her friends and family. Pat, was a child and adolescent psychotherapist, and graduated from the Hampstead Clinic training in 1964. She began her career as a teacher, and shortly after as a psychiatric social worker. She was part of the Anna Freud Centre for more than 30 years.

My Dad, Robert Swinnerton was born in Ellesmere Port on May 10, 1949. He died after a short battle with colo-rectal cancer on 29-03-2012. This is my tribute to him.

Alfie 'H' Simmons was 'born sleeping' in the Princess Anne wing of Bath hospital on Saturday September 10, 2011 at 10.37pm. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family.
