A Blues fan for 65 years and always supported them through thick and thin. David went to his first game when he was 8 and stayed blue ever since.He passed on the Blues tradition to his grandson Luke and both he and Luke went to the Blues games along with Luke's dad Nick.

Alan Brettell was born in Birmingham on January 08, 1946. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family. True Blue Nose.
Leaves behind daughters Christine and Lynda, also grandchildren Kieren, Rachel, Ross, Becky, Holly, Chelsie and Paige. A lifelong Blues fan who worked at Motor Components in Birmingham for 30 years.
Now reunited with wife Ivy. Will be missed by all who knew him.
